Short version

We only collect what you send us. We use it to reply. We don't track you.

Who we are

Mutant Media is a creative studio based in Milton Keynes, UK. For anything about your data, email hello.mutantmedia@proton.me.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your email, name, company (if you add it), your message, the package and budget you pick, and that you ticked the consent box. If you email us directly, we get whatever you send.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to quote, plan and deliver the job. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps you ask for before a contract.

Who else handles it

Our website host, Netlify, receives contact form submissions and passes them to our inbox. Netlify is based in the US, so your details may be processed outside the UK. Our email is hosted by Proton. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep project emails and invoices for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics or ads. To load its fonts and animation code your browser fetches files from Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr, which see your IP address to send them, like any web request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello.mutantmedia@proton.me. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
